*Bowles v. Grant Trucking (10th Cir., January 8, 2021) (affirming summary judgment in favor of Grant Trucking on Bowles’ disability discrimination claim under the ADA: Bowles did not establish that Grant had fifteen or more employees such that it qualified as an employer under the ADA)
